It's a lot of hard word to get it right and we're committed to that promise. 

Because of the ease of use of our platform, our online help, and video tutorials, we don't think you'll need much of this, but we can provide any amount you believe will make your implementation a success. 

If your customizations are so extreme or you just want a unique environment of your own, we can do that. We provide HIPAA compliant cloud managed services for our products and others. 

If you want to extend the functionality of the existing products, let's talk. If that functionality is on our roadmap we can talk about bringing that work forward. If it's not on our roadmap, but should be we'll work with you for a solution that works for you and other customers. If it's truly unique to your environment we can extend the system's capabilities in a custom development effort that doesn't jeopardize the core system, but gives you the flexibility you need. 

While our software is very flexible, sometimes you might want the core functionality of the applications to work in a manner that's different than we anticipated. In those cases, we'll work with you to determine the best approach, whether that's making our system more configurable to meet your needs or running a completely unique instance of the application for you.
